📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
