🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the service or sales industry.
• Proven track record of driving service excellence and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
