📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire supply chain process from receiving to dispatch, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse operators, forklift drivers, and other support staff.
• Optimize warehouse operations using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) like SAP or Oracle.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume distribution center.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWM) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
