📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead energy efficiency projects and initiatives to reduce energy consumption and costs.
• Conduct energy audits and analyze data using tools like SAP Energy Management and Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop and implement energy management systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor and report on energy performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in energy management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management or a similar role.
• Certification in Energy Management (e.g., Certified Energy Manager, CEM) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of energy regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with energy management software like SAP Energy Management.
