📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain complex Excel models and dashboards using tools like Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create and manage data pipelines to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data operations and Excel.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data operations, Excel, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
• Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in Excel, Power BI, or data analysis are a plus.
