📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential infrastructure investments, including financial, operational, and risk assessments.
• Develop and present investment proposals, including financial models and risk analyses, to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Monitor investment performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments in the infrastructure sector.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze investment data and generate insights.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of investment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
• Proficient in using Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and FactSet for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets and infrastructure development trends.
• Certification in investment analysis or financial modeling is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
