📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the logistics industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and present strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
