📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and food supplies.,Prepare and present food items to the satisfaction of our customers.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
