📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support to employees.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.,Monitor and maintain network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.,Ensure that IT policies and procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.,Familiarity with operating systems, software, and hardware.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
