📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including scheduling and tracking.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, ensuring optimal efficiency.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
