Fast Food Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Trenggalek, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, managing HR documents, and coordinating with external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
