📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain and update trade compliance records, including import/export licenses and permits.
• Assist in the preparation of trade reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with international trade laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing international shipments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, international trade, or a related field.
• Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian trade laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
