Finance Manager - AP/AR & Process Improvement

Corinthian Doors is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our high-performing Shared Service Center (SSC) in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, ensuring seamless financial processes and driving efficiency in our operations.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our AP/AR processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage AP/AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Implement and monitor financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial records.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AP/AR management or similar roles.
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
