Bold Plus Dinamis is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, and report any issues to the appropriate parties.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.,Work with the finance team to manage fleet-related expenses and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
