Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guidance Counselor to join our team for the academic year 2027/2028. As a Guidance Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic growth of our students. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping students navigate life's challenges and achieve their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling to students to address personal, social, and academic issues.,Develop and implement guidance programs and activities to support students' personal growth and development.,Conduct career counseling sessions to help students explore their interests, skills, and career options.,Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and stress management techniques.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.,Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and teachers.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other guidance-related events for students and parents.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of students' guidance counseling sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in guidance and counseling, preferably in an educational setting.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.,Knowledge of Islamic values and principles to provide culturally appropriate guidance.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid teaching or counseling certification or license, if required.,Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential and making a positive impact on their lives.
