ECHO Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with online responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the online team to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.,Participate in store audits and quality control measures to maintain high standards.,Contribute to the overall success of the ECHO Nusantara brand by driving sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of marketing principles and customer service best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience with omnichannel retail strategies is a plus.
