📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management team.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous learning and development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Possession of a professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
