📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Manage and maintain operational documentation and records.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff.,Support the development and implementation of quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
