📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the recruitment team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
