📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Performing routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure food safety and quality.
• Conducting microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses of food samples.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Documenting and recording test results in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance laboratory skills and knowledge.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment is a plus.
