📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of data entry operators, ensuring they adhere to company data management standards and procedures.,Train and mentor team members on data entry best practices and new software tools.,Monitor data entry processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.,Prepare and present regular reports on data entry performance and process improvements.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.,Handle any data-related issues or discrepancies that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management roles.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data entry operators.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools, such as Excel, Access, or specialized data management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
