Lingkungan Joko Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team. As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of patient care and service that our center is known for.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and certified in their respective roles.,Monitor patient care and service standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff members, patients, and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and healthcare standards.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure the continuous improvement of operations.,Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise, ensuring that all actions are in accordance with company policy.,Work with the facility manager to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to improve patient care and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with patient care and service standards is a plus.,Certification in a relevant healthcare field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
