📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in port operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in port management.
• Ensure compliance with international and national regulations governing port operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align port operations with the overall business strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in port logistics and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives in a maritime or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of port management systems and technologies, including SAP, Oracle, and other relevant software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and interpret results.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of Indonesian maritime regulations and international standards is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
