Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors.,Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.,Assist in promoting and marketing our services to attract new customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.,Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and professional work environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Contribute to the achievement of departmental and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.,Valid ID card and clean criminal record.
