📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships to ensure their needs are met,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects,Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform business strategies,Prepare and present sales reports to senior management,Attend industry events and network with potential clients and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,5+ years of experience in sales or account management in the real estate industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software,Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
