PT Mitra Antar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize fuel consumption and reduce operational costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fleet to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to drivers and other team members on fleet management best practices.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
