📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the management team in workforce planning and succession planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labor laws and regulations.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
