Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed cost estimates for pre-construction projects.Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure that all aspects of the project are accounted for in the estimate.Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the estimate is aligned with project goals and objectives.Monitor and track project costs throughout the pre-construction phase to ensure that the project remains on budget.Prepare and present cost reports and other relevant documents to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations and standards to ensure that the estimate is accurate and compliant.Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and other team members as needed.Participate in team meetings and other relevant events to ensure that the team is aligned and working towards common goals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction estimating.Strong knowledge of construction estimating software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Ability to travel to project sites as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
