📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of bakery equipment and facilities.,Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bakery site are maintained.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal production.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of bakery equipment to prevent breakdowns.,Train and supervise staff on the proper use and maintenance of bakery equipment.,Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient baking processes.,Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the bakery environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of new bakery products and processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the bakery or food service industry.,Knowledge of bakery equipment and their maintenance requirements.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different bakery sites.🛠️ Keahlian
