📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.,Resolve conflicts and address employee issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
