• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including industrial ovens and mixers.
• Ensure that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the bakery workspace.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in packaging and labeling baked goods for distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
