📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell unsecured loan products from Bank MAS to Wings retail stores in Kebumen.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of micro-loan products.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and guide them through the approval process.
• Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on loan status and repayment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to customers.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product promotion and customer acquisition.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the micro-banking portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or financial advisory roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of micro-loan products and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and retail store managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid certification in financial services or sales is a plus.
• Understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs in Kebumen is a strong asset.
• Ability to travel to Wings retail stores across Kebumen as required.
