📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Monitor and engage with customer feedback to improve our products and services
• Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our social media presence
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
• Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
