📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Handle room service requests, coordinating with the kitchen and housekeeping to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage guest requests and special arrangements, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise during the guest's stay.
• Collaborate with the front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle VIP guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest relationship management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali.
