📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee corporate secretarial functions including minutes of meetings, shareholder communications, and corporate actions.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior management.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the Corporate Secretary team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company in corporate governance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably in a financial institution.
• Proven track record in corporate governance, compliance, and legal affairs.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Corporate Governance or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with Korean financial institutions is a plus.
