• Lead and mentor a team of IT Order Management specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT Order Management team, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Implement and optimize order management processes using tools like Salesforce and Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of order management activities.
• Monitor and analyze order management metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous learning and development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of order management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Order Management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of order management processes and tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
