With a competitive salary of Rp 3,000,000 - Rp 4,500,000 per month, this is a chance to grow with a rapidly expanding brand.
As a Kitchen Crew Member, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including cleaning and restocking
- Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow and adhere to our health and safety protocols
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Assist in the preparation of our new outlet for opening day
- Contribute to the creation of a warm, inviting atmosphere for our customers
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with kitchen software and tools, such as POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Passion for coffee and food, and a desire to contribute to a growing brand
