As a Lead Fashion Stylist, you’ll work closely with our creative director and team to develop unique, on-trend collections that reflect the vibrant culture of Bangka Belitung. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and hair stylists to bring your vision to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Curate and develop unique fashion collections that reflect the cultural heritage and global trends of Bangka Belitung.
• Work closely with the creative director and team to plan and execute editorial shoots, fashion shows, and exclusive events.
• Collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and hair stylists to create cohesive and visually stunning looks.
• Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to design and edit visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments to ensure our collections remain fresh and relevant.
• Manage and mentor junior fashion stylists, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and industry contacts.
• Contribute to the overall brand strategy and vision of Luxe Style Collective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion styling, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other professionals.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
