🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising strategy, retail management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
