📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems with other building systems.
• Oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage stakeholder communications and client relations, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in M&E projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Certification in electrical project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
