i-HR Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date with market trends and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or engineering industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and project management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a must, local language is a plus.
